Posture: Proceeding in the district court for Ramsey county by John F. Doyle to contest the right of Andrew J. Ries to hold the office of abstract clerk of said county, and to set aside and annul the election of Ries to said office. After findings in favor of contestee and a dismissal of the petition on the merits, Kenneth G. Brill, Judge, contestant appealed from the judgment. Affirmed.
