Decided 2006-12-12

PER CURIAM: *

¶1The attorney appointed to represent Sharon Lynn Posey has requested leave to withdraw and has filed a brief as required by Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967). Posey has filed a response. She has also filed a motion for appointment of counsel.
