Pyatt v. Mercer

Louisiana Court of Appeal

Decided February 7, 1968

Louisiana Court of Appeal · decided 1968-02-07

Decided 1968-02-07

PER CURIAM:

¶1Plaintiff-appellee moved to dismiss the suspensive appeal on the grounds that the defendant “failed to post a bond for a suspensive appeal as the law directs.” No further explanation of the reasons for the motion is given.

¶2We find the record contains a suspensive appeal bond, which, on its face, is proper. The motion to dismiss the suspensive appeal is denied.

¶3Motion to Dismiss denied.
