PER CURIAM.

¶1Upon consideration of the response to the alternative writ of mandamus in this cause alleging withdrawal of the detainer lodged against petitioner, there is shown no necessity .for issuance of the peremptory writ. The petition should accordingly be dismissed.

¶2It is so ordered.
