GRAVES, Judge.

¶1The conviction is for the unlawful possession of untaxed liquor. The penalty-assessed is a fine of $150.

¶2The record is before us without a statement of facts or bills of exception, in the absence of which no question is presented for review.

¶3The judgment of the trial court is therefore affirmed.
