¶1Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the former County Court, Kings County, rendered November 14, 1961 after a nonjury trial, convicting him of assault in the second degree, and imposing sentence upon him as a second felony offender. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. [As to affirmance of judgment of conviction of the eodefendant Wiley Murphy, see People v. Murphy, 16 A D 2d 961, affd. 12 N Y 2d 1029.] Beldock, P.
