¶1(concurring):
¶2If appellant had represented to this Court or the court below that there was some specific information that he could have presented to the convening authority in order to obtain a favorable exercise of command prerogative, I might be inclined to give some relief. He has made no such showing, so I concur fully with Judge Cox.
