¶1The record on appeal was docketed in this court on 30 November 1973 which was more than 90 days from the date of the order from which the purported appeal was taken. For failure of appellant to docket the record- on appeal in this court in accordance with the Rules of Practice in this court, the appeal is dismissed, Rules 5 and 48 of the Rules of Practice of this court.
