¶1The Court is satisfied with the decision in the case refeired to by the Chancellor, and this case cannot be distinguished from that.

¶2It is, therefore, ordered that the, decree of the Chancellor be affirmed, and the appeal dismissed.

The whole Court concurred.

¶3Decree affirmed.
