¶1The unlawful manufacture of intoxicating liquor is the offense; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of one year.
¶2No irregularities in the proceedings are-brought up by bills of exceptions or otherwise; nor is the record accompanied by any statement of the facts.
¶3The judgment is affirmed.
