BEA ANN SMITH, Justice,

¶1concurring.

¶2I do not understand why Texas law criminalizes the sale of dildos. As Justice Brown so aptly noted, “Here we go raising the price of dildos again.” Regalado v. State, 872 S.W.2d 7, 11 (Tex.App.—Houston [14th Dist.] 1994, pet. ref'd) (Brown, J., concurring). Even less do I understand why law enforcement officers and prosecutors expend limited resources to prosecute such activity. Because this is the law, I reluctantly concur.
