GRAVES, Judge.

¶1The conviction is for murder. The penalty assessed is confinement in the state penitentiary for a term of fifteen years.

¶2The indictment and all other matters of procedure appear regular. The record is before this court without a statement of facts or bills of exception. Consequently no question is presented for review.

¶3The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
