¶1 James Walter Wells was convicted of an offense and appealed to the Court of Appeals, and the judgment of conviction being there reversed, the state petitions for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to review and revise the judgment and decision of that court in the case of Wells v. State, 101 So. 624.
¶2 Writ denied.
