¶1The plaintiffs petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 18 Conn. App. 207, is granted, limited to the following issue:
¶2“Did the Appellate Court err in concluding that ‘the undisputed facts on the record are sufficient to require the disqualification of the trial judge’ and the setting aside of the judgment based upon the relationship between the judge, his former law firm and the attorney for the plaintiff as co-counsel in an unrelated case?”
