In obtaining an appeal in this case, plaintiff complained only of the district court’s awarding the permanent care, custody and control of the minor child, Howdy Coats Withrow, to the defendant. That part of the judgment which granted to plaintiff a divorce “a vinculo matrimonii” from defendant was not appealed from; hence, it was not considered by us and is in no manner disturbed or affected by our opinion and decree herein.
