Hebert v. Royal Custom Builders

Supreme Court of Florida

Decided July 17, 1968

Supreme Court of Florida · decided 1968-07-17

Decided 1968-07-17

PER CURIAM.

¶1By petition for a writ of certiorari we have for review an order of the Florida Industrial Commission bearing date April IS, 1968.

¶2We find that oral argument would serve no useful purpose and it is therefore dispensed with pursuant to Florida Appellate Rule 3.10, subd. e, 32 F.S.A.

¶3Our consideration of the petition, the record and briefs leads us to conclude that there has been no deviation from the essential requirements of law.

¶4The petition is therefore denied.

¶5The motion of petitioner for attorney’s fees in this Court is denied.

¶6It is so ordered.
