Decided 1995-04-24

¶1Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Cowhey, J.), rendered October 21, 1993, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

P., Rosenblatt, Krausman and Goldstein, JJ., concur.
