¶1 (concurring specially).
¶2 I concur in the result with the exception of that portion of the opinion relating to denial of compensation and expenses for the litigation conducted here by the guardian ad litem. Since the questions presented were doubtful, I am of the opinion the liti *470 gation was undertaken in good faith and that a reasonable allowance should have been made for attorney’s fees and costs.
