¶3DECISION & ORDER
¶4Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion and brief, from a sentence of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Stephen Rooney, J., at plea; Alexander Jeong, J., at sentence), imposed January 23, 2019, upon his plea of guilty, on the ground that the sentence was excessive.
ORDERED that the sentence is affirmed.¶5The sentence imposed was not excessive (see People v Suitte , 90 AD2d 80).
