Johnson v. Holcomb Pipe Line Co.

Supreme Court of Florida

Decided November 13, 1968

Supreme Court of Florida · decided 1968-11-13

Decided 1968-11-13

PER CURIAM.

¶1By petition and cross-petition for a writ of certiorari we have for review an order of the Florida Industrial Commission bearing date April 23, 1968.

¶2*482We find that oral argument would serve no useful purpose and it is therefore dispensed with pursuant to Florida Appellate Rule 3.10, subd. e, 32 F.S.A.

¶3Our consideration of the petition, cross-petition, the record and briefs leads us to conclude that there has been no deviation from the essential requirements of law.

¶4The petition and cross-petition are therefore denied.

¶5The petition for allowance of an attorney’s fee is also denied.
