BEAUCHAMP, Judge.

¶1Appellant was charged by indictment with the offense of robbery by assault. Upon his plea of guilty he was convicted by a jury and his punishment assessed at five years in the penitentiary.

¶2The record, as brought forward, is without bills of exception or a statement of facts. The proceedings ar<e regular and nothing is presented for our consideration.

¶3The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
