¶1On the basis of the record before us, appellant has failed to demonstrate reversible error. Johanson v. Insua, Fla.App.1964, 161 So.2d 247.
¶2ON PETITION FOR REHEARING
¶3On petition for rehearing, we have reviewed the record and the briefs and reaffirm our decision of November 4, 1968. However, by way of clarification, we would point out that although appellant may have presented as much of the record as it was possible for him to present, the record nonetheless does not show adequate ground for reversal.
¶4Petition for rehearing is denied.
