¶1The foregoing opinion of SUTTON, C., is adopted as the opinion of the court. The order of the circuit court granting plaintiff a new trial is accordingly reversed and the cause remanded with directions to the circuit court to reinstate the judgment rendered by the court upon the verdict of the jury.
