¶1Based on the State’s proper concession of error, we reverse the order denying Appellant’s rule 8.800(a) motion and remand for resentencing in accordance with Kelsey v. State, 206 So.3d 6 (Fla. 2016).
¶2REVERSED and REMANDED for re-sentencing.
