¶1The notice of appeal in this cause was directed solely to an order of the trial court denying the appellant’s motion for a new trial.
¶2We must dismiss this appeal on authority of Griffith v. State, Fla.App.1965, 171 So. 2d 597.
¶3Appeal dismissed.
