¶2IH respectfully dissent from the majority’s imposition of a three-year suspension in this matter, as I find the discipline too lenient. In my view, respondent’s most recent violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct, along with her previous misconduct, constitute a pattern of reckless and indifferent behavior, and she has proven herself an embarrassment to the legal profession. Consequently, I would impose the sanction of disbarment. ■
