BRICKEN, P. J.

¶1 The offense, charged by indictment, was “abusive language.” The indictment was in proper form and substance. The trial was had in the circuit court without a jury. The court assessed a fine of $50 and added 3 months at hard labor for the county. From the judgment of conviction, pronounced and entered, this appeal was taken. No error appears; said judgment is therefore affirmed. Affirmed.
