Applies 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Civil Rights Act of 1871 / Section 1983 (Ku Klux Klan Act))

Decided 2001-12-05

PER CURIAM.

¶1 Gregory Marshall appeals the district court’s orders denying relief on his 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983 (West Supp.2001) complaint and denying his motion for reconsideration. We have reviewed the record and the district court’s orders and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Marshall v. Kupec, No. CA-00-3322-AW (D. Md. June 6 & 12, 2001). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process. The motion for appointment of counsel is denied.

¶2 AFFIRMED.
