¶1ON REHEARING.
¶2Jn its decision in this case the court passed upon such questions only as were raised by the demurrer and the exceptions to the ruling thereon. The decision went only to the extent that the petition set out a cause of action. The other questions raised by the motion for rehearing were' not passed upon, and are for determination in the future progress of the case.
