¶1Conviction for burglary; punishment,.two years in the penitentiary.
¶2We find in the record an affidavit made by the accused, asking that he be allowed to withdraw his appeal. The affidavit appears to be in proper form. The request is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, at the request of the appellant.
