The trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying defendant K-2 Motors, L.L.C.'s Civ.R. 60(B) motion for relief form default judgment in favor of plaintiff Matthew Ellison on his claims for fraud and violations of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act. Judgment affirmed.
