¶1Judgment reversed upon the law and the facts and a new trial granted, costs to appellant to abide the event. The trial court erred in refusing evidence proffered and in connection with the testimony of the witness Baker at folios 534 to 561. The question of law urged by defendant with respect to Exhibit 1 cannot be passed upon on this record. Young, Kapper, Hagarty, Seeger and Carswell, JJ., concur.
