Walker v. Gans

¶1— Order reversed upon the law and the facts, without costs, and motion denied, without costs. Under the circumstances shown, the order was unauthorized. The receiver will be remitted to his accounting for an allowance for his services on a quantum meruit basis. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Hagarty, Seeger and Carswell, JJ., concur.
