Opinion by (per_curiam) · Decided 1915-11-16

¶1In Error to the District Court of the United States for the Southern District of New York.

¶2Before LACOMBE, COXE, and ROGERS, Circuit Judges.

¶3PER CURIAM.

¶4We have too much doubt as to the right of the plaintiff as executrix of the last will and testament of James R. Watts, deceased, to appeal, and of her chance of final success, to warrant the granting of the motion allowing her to appear in forma pauperis, after so long a delay.
