“3. It is not possible for the juvenile to be returned home in the immediate future or within the next six (6) months and in support thereof, the court specifically finds: a. Respondent mother has a history of addiction that dates to her teenage years. She has been in [multiple] treatment programs but has never sustained a significant period of recovery and sobriety. b. Since the inception of this case, Respondent mother has resided in Texas but has been back and forth between Texas and North Carolina. She reports that she lives with her ex-husband in Texas.
