Benjamin v. State

¶1Appellant appeals the denial of his motion to vacate and set aside sentence filed pursuant to CrPR 1.850, 33 F.S.A. We have carefully read the record, the briefs and all other matters filed in this cause and no error having been made to appear the order denying his motion is affirmed.
