Supreme Court of North Carolina

Decided April 7, 1948

Supreme Court of North Carolina · decided 1948-04-07

Decided 1948-04-07

Per Curiam.

¶1The demurrer to the evidence was properly overruled. The jury has found with the plaintiff, both in respect of the date of the separation and its character.

¶2The objection to the charge is feckless. It is without merit and non-exceptive.

¶3The verdict and judgment will be upheld.

¶4No error.
