¶1Appellant was charged by complaint and information with the unlawful possession for the purpose of sale of an alcoholic beverage, in a dry area. The jury found him guilty and assessed his punishment at a fine of $500.00 and 30 days in the county jail.
¶2The record is brought forward without a statement of facts or bills of exception. The proceedings appear regular and no question is presented for review.
¶3The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
