GRAVES, Judge.

¶1Appellant was convicted of the unlawful sale of intoxicating liquor in a wet area without having first procured a permit to sell such liquor from the proper authorities, and upon conviction, she was assessed a fine of $100.00.

¶2There are no bills of exception nor statement of facts found in the record. The information and all other matters of procedure seem to be in proper form.

¶3The judgment is affirmed.
