¶1DISSENTING OPINION
¶2I dissent. I am of opinion that the reference patent to Hamburger discloses the alleged patentable feature here involved, namely, separated head sections capable of free movement toward and from each other. The attachment to a textile does not prevent such free movement. If it did, Hamburger’s device would not be operable at all.
