¶1The foregoing opinion of SPERRY, C., is adopted as the opinion of the court. We find that respondent was engaged in the unauthorized practice of law within this jurisdiction, and adjudge him in contempt of this court for so doing. It is further ordered that he appear before this court on the 3rd day of May, 1937, at nine-thirty o'clock A.M., to hear and obey such further orders and judgments as the court may render at that time. All concur.
