In Re Daugherty

¶1The report of our special commissioner as above set forth is hereby adopted as and for the opinion of this court, and it is the order and judgment of this court that the license of respondent, Ray H. Daugherty, to practice law in the courts of the State of Missouri shall be suspended for a period of one year from the effective date of the judgment herein, and that the costs be assessed against respondent.
