232 N.C. 520

State v. Hicks

Supreme Court of North Carolina

Decided October 18, 1950

Supreme Court of North Carolina · decided 1950-10-18

Decided 1950-10-18

Stacy, C. J.

¶1In the defendant’s brief he asks simply that the judgment be “modified,” not that it be declared void or vacated, and this is the whole of his brief. No authority is cited and no reason is given for the request. The brief presents no legal question for decision and hardly suffices to retain the appeal on our docket.

¶2Appeal dismissed.
