¶1The foregoing report, finding of facts and conclusions of law of Special Commissioner Honorable BERNARD H. DYER, are adopted as the opinion of this court. The order and judgment of the court is therefore that the license of respondent Charles P. Noell to practice law in the State of Missouri is hereby suspended for a period of two years from this date and until payment has been made of the costs of this proceeding. Becker and McCullen,JJ., concur; Hostetter, P.J., not sitting.
