¶1Order reversed on the law and the facts, with ten doEars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten doEars costs, on the ground that the convenience of witnesses and the ends of justice wiE not be promoted by changing the place of trial from Dutchess county, where the plaintiff and his witnesses reside, to Lewis county, where neither of the parties and but four of the witnesses reside.
