Campbell v. Johnson

U.S. Courts of Appeals

Decided August 28, 2007

U.S. Courts of Appeals · decided 2007-08-28

Applies 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Civil Rights Act of 1871 / Section 1983 (Ku Klux Klan Act))

Relies on 465 F. Supp. 2d 597 - Campbell v. Johnson

Decided 2007-08-28

PER CURIAM:

¶1Michael Joseph Campbell appeals the district court’s order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court as modified to reflect dismissal without prejudice of Campbell’s parole denial claim. Campbell v. Johnson, 465 F.Supp.2d 597 (2006 & Jan. 29, 2007). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

¶2AFFIRMED AS MODIFIED.
