¶1 On Rehearing.
¶2 We have carefully re-examined this case since the granting of the motion for a re-hearing, and find no reason to change our decision in the matter. Therefore, the foregoing opinion handed down upon the original submission is hereby adopted. Accordingly, the judgment is reversed and the cause remanded.
