¶1The offense is the sale and delivery of whisky in a dry area; the punishment, a fine of $300 and 60 days in jail.
¶2No statement of facts accompanies the record, in the absence of which we are unable to appraise the bills of exception complaining of the argument of state’s counsel.
¶3The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
