WOODLEY, Commissioner.

¶1Appellant was convicted for the offense of driving an automobile upon a public street within the City of Austin while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. A jury being waived, the court assessed his punishment at a fine of $50.

¶2There are no bills of exception and no statement of facts in the record. All proceedings appear to be regular, therefore nothing is presented for review.

¶3The judgment is affirmed.

¶4Opinion approved by the Court.
