¶1The plaintiffs petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 40 Conn. App. 178 (AC 12819), is granted, limited to the following issue:
¶2“Under the circumstances of this dissolution of marriage case, did the Appellate Court properly reverse the judgment of the trial court as to financial matters on the ground that the trial court did not refer to the statutes governing such matters?”
